A: The neoReferral program is an opportunity for Neopost-brand and Hasler-brand customers to share their positive experience with other business colleagues and be rewarded for their loyalty to Neopost USA’s flagship brands. Reward choices include a $50 gift card or a $75 charity donation.

Q: How does the program work?
A: It’s simple. Customers submit sales referrals to Neopost USA. After a referral turns into a sale, the referring-customer will receive a reward. The new customer will receive a welcome gift of $50 worth of supplies.

Q: What is the goal of the program?

A: We are targeting all types of small businesses including retail stores, dry cleaners, real estate offices, medical and dental practices, insurance agencies, accounting offices and law firms. Of course, we will be happy to accept referrals to large businesses, manufacturers and corporations too.

Q: How does Neopost USA define a “referral”?

A: A referral is a potential new customer who is not currently being served by Neopost USA’s Sales organization or listed on an active sales forecast report. The referral contact name MUST be a decision maker responsible for mailing system purchases. Neither orders for competitor’s supplies and services nor upgrades of existing Neopost-brand or Hasler-brand equipment qualify as referrals in this program.

A: Your referral will be reviewed and sent on to a Neopost USA Sales professional. You will become eligible for your reward after your referral turns into a verified, booked sale. At that time, you will receive a thank you e-mail containing the details of your referral and your reward options. The timeline will be approximately 12 months.
