Now it’s time to offer you a program to thank and reward you for your loyalty. It’s called the neoReferral and you will receive reward options including a $50 gift card for referring a colleague’s business to Neopost!
The Program
We are pleased to offer a program to thank you and reward you for your loyalty. The neoReferral program is an opportunity for Neopost USA customers to share their positive experience with business colleagues. Everyone knows someone in business that could benefit from a Neopost-brand or Hasler-brand mailing solution. This program provides you with an easy way to submit referrals.
Here’s how it works
- You refer a business contact who could benefit from a Neopost-brand or Hasler-brand mailing solution. You can submit the neoReferral Form in one of several ways. Fill out the form located in the adjacent column and submit it right here on the Web. You can also download the »hardcopy form, complete it and submit it via e-mail or physical mail. We will also accept referrals via telephone.
- One of our sales professionals will contact your referral.
- You will receive an email describing your reward options after a deal is booked!
Who can make a referral?
- Any and all of our customers!
What are the reward options?
Customers whose referrals turn into verified, booked sales may choose among three reward choices: - $50 Gift Card (W9 required)
- $75 Charitable Donation (W9 required)
- $50 Worth of Free Supplies (no W9 required)
The new customer you refer will also get rewarded as a new Neopost Customer with $50 worth of supplies.

Program Terms and Conditions - The program is open to all current Neopost USA customers.
- Referrals will be accepted via the Web, email, telephone and physical mail.
- Everyone who submits the neoReferral form will receive an email describing the status of his or her referral.
- Only new referrals qualify. Referrals cannot be actively listed in a sales forecast or pipeline report.
- Upgrades and sales of supplies and services do not meet the program eligibility criteria.
- Sales must be booked within 12 months of referral submission to qualify for a reward.
- Rewards and gifts will be delivered to referring-customers and new customers after Neopost USA verifies and books a sale.
