How does Neopost's neoFunds Service work?
  • Download postage exactly as you do today.
  • The postage will download from your neoFunds account into your meter and neoFunds will transfer payment to the Postal Service.
  • Each month, you'll receive a single neoFunds postage invoice that itemizes all of the postage downloads into your mailing machine.
  • Take up to 28 days from the statement date to pay by check or make ACH payment online.
How much postage can I download?
Please refer to your invitation letter to determine the exact account limit available for your postage meter. You may also use the Invitation Code printed on your Invitation Letter to identify your limits below.

How are transaction fees assessed?
A 1% transaction fee will be incurred for any portion of the downloaded postage that exceeds the free transaction limit each statement period.

Can I increase the amount of postage available for download from neoFunds?
Please call our Customer Service Department to discuss your options for increasing the amount of postage available with the neoFunds Service. A representative can be reached at 1-800-NEOPOST (636-7678), Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (CST).

How do I pay the outstanding balance on my monthly neoFunds statement?
You may mail a check or set up an ACH payment online.

When is my neoFunds Service payment due?
Payment is due 28 days from the statement date. If you are not monitoring your account online, please allow up to five business days for delivery of the statement.

Can I choose my payment due date? Yes. You may choose a different payment due date than the one assigned automatically at the time of enrollment. Please call one of our Customer Service representatives after enrollment and request a payment due date that works best for your Accounts Payable department. Must I pay the entire neoFunds statement balance by the due date?
You must pay at least the minimum payment by the due date identified on your neoFunds statement. Late fees may apply for past-due payments and finance charges may be applied to the unpaid balance.

Can I view my statement and manage my account online?
Yes. neoFunds' online account management tools make monitoring and tracking of all your neoFunds postage download activity easy. You can access current transactions and online statements for previous months' activity, arrange for electronic payment of your balance due, or export account information with just a few clicks.

Can I set up automatic payment reminder email alerts?
Yes. You can go online to set an automatic e-mail alert to remind you when your neoFunds Service payment is due.

Can I resume pre-payment of postage with direct ACH debits to my bank account if I am not satisfied with neoFunds?
Yes. Automated Clearing House (ACH) regulations require us to obtain your written authorization and approval to resume electronic debits from your bank account as payment for postage. Contact our Customer Service department to initiate the process.
