Thank you for expediting your return to Neopost USA.

To begin, please read & accept the following acknowledgement. You will then be presented with the appropriate documents necessary to process your return.

Acknowledgement
It is your responsibility to make sure the asset(s) covered by your rental or lease contract with Neopost USA or its Affiliates is promptly returned. We expect to receive your return within 10 business days of the issuance of your Return Authorization. If we do not, then you may be charged for the replacement cost of the asset(s).

If your equipment is leased to you by someone other than Neopost USA or its Affiliates, please be sure that you only return the postage meter to us and that the other equipment is returned to your lessor.

Instructions for your Postage Meter

Before returning your postage meter, you will need to perform a meter withdrawal and if applicable, request a postage refund.

If you experience any difficulty withdrawing the funds from your meter, the funds will be withdrawn upon your meter return. This will delay your refund of postage.





FedEx Return Instructions – Returns under 50lbs

To create your return shipping labels, please use the FedEx fields below to designate your Company Name, Contact Information, and Pickup Address.

You may create up to 3 labels for this shipment. If you require additional labels for unforeseen packaging, please contact returns@neopost.com and we will be happy to assist you. We recommend you save a copy of all shipping labels for your records.

It is imperative that all equipment pertaining to this Return Authorization be returned to our Return Center to avoid further billing.
