Did You Know?

Phase III of USPS’ meter migration plan will be complete at the end of 2006. That means that meters using letterpress technology without a timeout feature to disable the meter can not be used starting January 1, 2007. The USPS provided a limited exception in July 2006 to Phase III customers with leases obtained before December 31, 2004.
