    The USPS is decertifying a variety of postage meters as part of an industry-wide process to reduce postal fraud and set new security standards. New digital technology-based postage meters provide the level of security the USPS now requires.

    The Phase IV meters below have been identified as meter models that do not meet these standards and will be decertified.
