Q: What are the hours of operation?
A: Postage On Call Operators are available Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 7:00pm CST. Our automated Postage-On-Call System is available 365 days a year, 22 hours a day. Our POC system is closed every day from 2:00am – 4:00am CST for updating. Please call 1-800-NEOPOST (1-800-636-7678) and press option #3.

Q: What is the process for adding postage to my mail machine?
A: Once you have a Postage On Call account number you may choose to send in your payment by either check, wire or you may utilize our "No Deposit" method, which is explained below.

Q: What is the "No Deposit Method" to purchase postage for my mail machine?
A: Instead of writing a check for postage and wait for it to be received, processed and added to your account, you can sign up for our No Deposit – ACH Debit Program.

Q: Where do I send my payment to add postage my mail machine?
A: PLEASE.... Do not send your payment to NEOPOST. Checks for postage must be made payable to "USPS" and sent to one of three Processing Centers, which are contracted by USPS to accept these payments. You should choose the Processing Center closest to your local area. Once your check is received, the Processing Center posts it to your Neopost Postage On Call account within 7 – 10 business days..
In order to ensure the fastest possible availability of your postage, please include your Neopost Postage On Call Account Number on your check.

Please note that checks sent to the Processing Center without account numbers or with incorrect account numbers that cannot be matched will be put in a holding account and must be researched to be found. This process can take several business days and will delay the availability of your funds.

Q: Can I pay for my postage with a credit card?
A: Currently, Neopost is unable to accept payment for postage with a credit card. You may set up your Postage On Call Account by using No Deposit ACH Debit, wire transfer or you may send in a check for payment.

Q: If I pay for my postage by check, how long will it take to be posted to my account?
A: If the check is sent regular mail, allow 7- 10 business days to post to your account. Checks that are sent my overnight delivery take 3-4 business days to post.

Q: I need postage on my machine now. Is there a way to expedite the process?
A: At its discretion, Neopost may advance you the amount of postage you need to add to your Neopost mail machine. There is a $30.00 charge for this service.
